How to check in online with Sky Airline

Have your booking reference and ID ready
You'll need a 6-character booking reference (PNR) and a valid travel document (passport or EU/EEA national ID).

Open the official check-in page
Use the button at the top of this page or visit skyairline.com directly. Avoid third-party "check-in" sites.

Enter passenger details
Add passport / ID number, expiry date, and country of issue if travelling internationally. This step is mandatory and blocks check-in if skipped.

Choose seats and add extras
Random seats are free in the 24-hour window; named seats and priority boarding cost extra. Skip if you don't need them.

Save the boarding pass
Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The Sky Airline app stores it offline once downloaded.

Common Sky Airline check-in problems
Carry-on bag costs extra on Zero fare
Problem: Sky's cheapest 'Zero' fare excludes carry-on bag. Adding 10 kg carry-on costs $15–25 USD online or $40+ at airport.
Solution: Pre-pay carry-on during booking. Personal item under seat (45×35×20 cm) is always free. Sky Plus fare includes carry-on.
Lima new terminal transition
Problem: Sky operations at LIM moved to new Terminal 2 in 2025. Some online maps still reference T1.
Solution: Always use T2 for Sky Airline flights from Lima. T2 signage is multilingual.

48 hours before scheduled departure. Closes 60 minutes before international, 45 min for domestic Chile.
