Summary

• We do not require user accounts. We do not store names, email addresses, or booking references.

• Crowdsourced security-wait submissions are anonymous (no IP stored after rate-limit hash).
• Affiliate clicks may be tracked by partner networks (Booking.com, AirHelp, etc.) under their own privacy policies.

1. Data we collect

Automatically

When you visit, our infrastructure logs the request URL, an IP-derived hash (not the IP itself), user-agent string, referrer, and a timestamp. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

Analytics (with your consent)

If you accept cookies, we use a privacy-oriented analytics service (PostHog, self-hosted in the EU) to count page views, navigation paths, and aggregate device types. We do not track across other websites.

Crowdsourced submissions

Our security-wait widget stores: airport IATA, terminal (optional), minutes reported, timestamp, and an IP-derived rate-limit hash. We do not store the IP itself, the geolocation, or any browser fingerprint.

What we never collect

We never collect your name, email, phone, booking reference, passport details, payment information, or precise location. We have no user accounts.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies in three categories:

• Strictly necessary — language selection, consent state. Always active.
• Analytics — anonymized page-view counters. Off until you opt in.
• Advertising — third-party ad personalization (Google AdSense, programmatic). Off until you opt in.

3. Third-party services

When you click an affiliate link or display ad, the third party (Booking.com, AirHelp, Airalo, Google, etc.) operates under its own privacy policy. We pass them only the click event and a referral identifier — never your personal information.

4. Your GDPR / CCPA rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the data we hold. Since we don't collect personal data tied to you, the main actionable request is deletion of any anonymous crowdsourced submission you remember making.
