How to check in online with Pegasus Airlines

Have your booking reference and ID ready
You'll need a 6-character booking reference (PNR) and a valid travel document (passport or EU/EEA national ID).

Use the button at the top of this page or visit flypgs.com directly. Avoid third-party "check-in" sites.

Enter passenger details
Add passport / ID number, expiry date, and country of issue if travelling internationally. This step is mandatory and blocks check-in if skipped.

Choose seats and add extras
Random seats are free in the 24-hour window; named seats and priority boarding cost extra. Skip if you don't need them.

Save the boarding pass
Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The Pegasus Airlines app stores it offline once downloaded.

Common Pegasus Airlines check-in problems
Light fare excludes everything beyond personal item
Problem: Pegasus's Light fare doesn't include carry-on cabin bag or checked bag.
Solution: Pre-pay during booking (~€12 cabin + €18 checked) or upgrade to Comfort/Flex which includes both.
SAW vs IST confusion
Problem: Pegasus uses Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), not Istanbul Airport (IST). They're 70 km apart.
Solution: Verify SAW vs IST on your booking. SAW is on the Asian side of Istanbul, IST on the European side.

When does Pegasus check-in open?
48 hours before scheduled departure for most flights. Closes 90 minutes before international, 60 minutes before Turkey domestic.
Is Pegasus the same as Turkish Airlines?
No — they're separate airlines. Turkish Airlines (TK) is Turkey's flag carrier (Star Alliance). Pegasus (PC) is a low-cost airline. They use different airports in Istanbul.
