Blue Basic excludes carry-on overhead bag on most domestic routes

TrueBlue points stripped if no-show
Problème : If you miss a Blue Basic flight without notifying JetBlue, you forfeit the entire fare — no rebooking, no refund.
Solution : If you can't make the flight, cancel via the app at least 1 hour before departure; you'll get a flight credit (less the cancellation fee for Blue Basic, free for Blue+ and above).
