Häufige JetBlue-Check-in-Probleme
Blue Basic excludes carry-on overhead bag on most domestic routes
Problem: JetBlue's cheapest fare 'Blue Basic' allows only a personal item under the seat — overhead carry-on costs extra.
Lösung: Pre-pay the carry-on online ($30–$45) or upgrade to Blue (one tier up) which includes both personal and overhead carry-on.
TrueBlue points stripped if no-show
Problem: If you miss a Blue Basic flight without notifying JetBlue, you forfeit the entire fare — no rebooking, no refund.
Lösung: If you can't make the flight, cancel via the app at least 1 hour before departure; you'll get a flight credit (less the cancellation fee for Blue Basic, free for Blue+ and above).

24 hours before scheduled departure. Closes 30 minutes before for domestic, 60 minutes before for international.
