Ten lista tu reserva e identificación
Necesitarás un código de reserva de 6 caracteres (PNR) y un documento de viaje válido (pasaporte o DNI nacional UE/EEE).

Usa el botón en la parte superior de esta página o visita flytap.com directamente. Evita sitios de "check-in" de terceros.

Ingresa los datos del pasajero
Añade el número de pasaporte / DNI, fecha de vencimiento y país de emisión si viajas internacionalmente. Este paso es obligatorio.

Elige asientos y añade extras
Los asientos aleatorios son gratuitos en la ventana de 24 horas; los asientos asignados y el embarque prioritario tienen costo extra.

Guarda la tarjeta de embarque
Añade a Apple Wallet o Google Wallet. La app de TAP Air Portugal la guarda offline una vez descargada.

Problemas comunes de check-in con TAP Air Portugal
Discount fare excludes checked bag and seat selection
Problema: TAP's Discount fare on intra-Europe routes excludes checked baggage AND advance seat selection.
Solución: Pre-pay during booking (cheaper than at airport) or upgrade to Basic / Classic fare which includes both.
Stopover programme paperwork has to be done before check-in
Problema: TAP's Lisbon Stopover (free hotel for 1–5 nights on connections) needs registration on flytap.com before online check-in.
Solución: Apply at flytap.com/stopover at least 7 days before departure. Bring confirmation to the LIS Stopover desk.
