KLIA vs KLIA2 — different terminals
Problem: AirAsia uses KLIA2, NOT main KLIA. Easy to go to wrong terminal as a first-time visitor.
Solution: Always verify 'KLIA2' on your booking. The two terminals are 2 km apart, connected by free train every 5 min (3-min ride).
MYR 25 counter check-in fee
