Known issues at ISB with Saudia
Hajj charters via Pakistan Hajj Mission
Problem: Pakistani Hajj scheme (~90,000 pilgrims from ISB) uses charter flights, NOT regular Saudia bookings.
Solution: If applying via Pakistan Hajj Mission, ignore saudia.com — your check-in is through the Mission. Saudia regular flights are for non-Hajj-scheme passengers.
Umrah packages have specific check-in flow
