Known issues at ARN with Scandinavian Airlines (SAS)
SkyTeam transition (post-Sept 2024)
Problem: SAS moved from Star Alliance to SkyTeam. Old Star Alliance Gold benefits no longer apply at ARN.
Solution: Status holders should consult flysas.com/eurobonus for current SkyTeam Elite Plus benefits. Star Alliance Gold from other carriers (LH, UA) no longer get SAS Lounge access.
Go Light fares can't drop bags online
Problem: SAS's Go Light fare on intra-Europe excludes checked baggage entirely.
Solution: Pre-pay at booking (€25+) or upgrade to Go Smart fare which includes 23 kg + free seat selection.
