How to check in online with Condor

Have your booking reference and ID ready
You'll need a 6-character booking reference (PNR) and a valid travel document (passport or EU/EEA national ID).

Open the official check-in page
Use the button at the top of this page or visit condor.com directly. Avoid third-party "check-in" sites.

Enter passenger details
Add passport / ID number, expiry date, and country of issue if travelling internationally. This step is mandatory and blocks check-in if skipped.

Choose seats and add extras
Random seats are free in the 24-hour window; named seats and priority boarding cost extra. Skip if you don't need them.

Save the boarding pass
Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The Condor app stores it offline once downloaded.

Common Condor check-in problems
Economy Light fares exclude bags
Problem: Condor's Economy Light fare on long-haul (e.g. FRA-MIA, FRA-PUJ) excludes both checked and cabin bag — only personal item.
Solution: Pre-pay during booking (cheaper) or upgrade to Economy Classic which includes 8 kg cabin and 20 kg checked.
Lufthansa Group withdrawal in 2024
Problem: Condor exited Lufthansa Group cooperation in 2024. No longer interlines with LH for missed connections.
Solution: Book direct (single PNR) on Condor. For LH connections, allow 3+ hours protection — separate ticketing means no automatic rebook.

When does Condor check-in open?
24 hours before scheduled departure. Closes 60 minutes before for international, 45 minutes for European.
Is Condor a low-cost airline?
Condor is a leisure carrier — Economy Light is bare-bones (no bags) but Economy Classic and above include bags + meal. Long-haul has Premium and Business cabins.
Where does Condor fly long-haul?
Frankfurt to Caribbean (Punta Cana, Cancún, Montego Bay), Indian Ocean (Mauritius, Maldives), Asia (Bangkok, Phuket), and US East Coast (New York, Las Vegas, Anchorage).
