Problème : flydubai operates from DXB Terminal 2, separate from Emirates Terminal 3. Many travelers expect EK + FZ to be co-located.
Solution : Inter-terminal transfer at DXB by free shuttle bus (15 min). Allow 90 min for EK→FZ connections via separate terminals.
EK + FZ codeshare baggage
Problème : Emirates + flydubai codeshare flights have different baggage rules per operating carrier. EK: usually 30 kg checked included; FZ: 20 kg from Pro fare.
Solution : Operating airline determines baggage. If EK number → emirates.com rules; FZ number → flydubai.com rules.
