Carry-on bag is paid extra
Problem: JetSmart Smart fare excludes carry-on bag. Adding 10 kg carry-on costs $15–30 USD online or $50 at airport.

Strict gate check enforcement
Problem: JetSmart weighs both personal item + carry-on at gate. Bags over allowance gate-checked for high fee ($50–80).
Lösung: Pack within personal item dims (45×30×20 cm). Smart Plus fare and Smart Club membership include carry-on for less.
