Known issues at SIN with Cathay Pacific
T4 is separate from T1/T2/T3
Problem: Cathay at T4 doesn't connect airside to other Changi terminals. Inter-terminal transfers require shuttle bus and security re-clearance.
Solution: Allow 90+ min for inter-terminal connections at SIN. Use the free shuttle between T2/T3 and T4.
Automated immigration may be slow at first use
Problem: T4 uses automated facial-recognition immigration — first-time users can take longer.
Solution: Have passport ready and remove cap/sunglasses at the gate. Most users clear in 30–60 seconds after registration.
