T2 opening transition
Problem: LIM Terminal 2 opened late 2025. Some bookings still reference T1; signs in older travel apps may be outdated.
Solution: Always head to Terminal 2 for LATAM flights. T1 is now cargo/legacy only.
Cusco altitude flight rules
Problem: LIM-CUZ flights have early-morning departures only — Cusco airport closes for departures by mid-afternoon due to high-elevation operating restrictions.
Solution: Book Lima-Cusco departure before 11:00 AM. Last LATAM flight back from CUZ is typically 18:30.
