Known issues at JFK with British Airways
Boarding pass requires US APIS data
Problem: Online check-in is blocked until passport, ESTA/visa, and US address fields are filled.
Solution: Use 'Manage My Booking' on ba.com. Add ESTA approval number, passport details, and the address you're staying at in the US.
BA-issued boarding passes don't always show TSA PreCheck
Problem: Even with KTN entered, BA boarding passes from JFK occasionally don't print 'TSA PreCheck' on the pass.
Solution: If it's missing, ask at the BA check-in counter (T7) for a re-print with PreCheck added. Make sure your KTN is in the BA Executive Club profile.
