Problem: Many travelers don't know about CX's free in-town check-in at HK Central Airport Express station — saves carrying bags through the city.
Solution: Check bags at HK Central station up to 24 hours before departure (after check-in opens). Take Airport Express train empty-handed.
US-bound flights need APIS
Problem: Flights to North America blocked at check-in until passport, ESTA, and US destination address are entered.
