The train station is directly under the terminal — escalator and you're there. Trains to Zurich Hauptbahnhof every 5–15 minutes, take 10 minutes.

Swiss border control is among the fastest in Europe (Schengen exit, but UK/CH have separate processing). Allow 15 minutes from gate E to passport control on departure.
Switzerland is expensive — eat before security
