Star Alliance Gold passengers can transit between T4 and T5 airside. T2 (non-Schengen low-cost) requires landside walk.

Free shuttle bus between terminals
Free shuttle buses run between all terminals every 5–10 minutes. Walking between T2 and T5 is too far (15+ min).

Which terminal does SAS use at Arlanda?
SAS uses Terminal 5 (T5) for both Schengen and non-Schengen flights. T5 is also home to most full-service Star Alliance partners.
Is the Arlanda Express worth it?
Yes for short trips — 18 minutes vs 45 by bus or commuter train. For longer stays (with luggage), the price difference is worth it. For backpackers on a budget, SL commuter trains are fine.
